As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for a results-oriented, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager, EMEA) to join our in-house global digital marketing team. In this role, you will lead the hands-on execution of multi-channel digital marketing programs, ensuring performance improvements and efficiency gains to achieve key business objectives. You will be part of the global digital marketing team and play an essential role in executing and refining our strategies.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

Drive the hands-on execution of multi-channel digital marketing programs, ensuring alignment with KPIs and business objectives.

Identify opportunities to enhance digital marketing performance and efficiency through data-driven insights.

Manage the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns, analyzing downstream impact on pipeline and revenue.

Establish and standardize workflows that align with business goals.

Manage relationships with senior stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business strategy.

Communicate progress, challenges, and results to key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Lead relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful execution and performance.

Partner with marketing operations and analytics teams to develop dashboards and conduct ad-hoc analyses.

Track digital marketing budgets in collaboration with finance and procurement teams.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

5–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in planning, building, and executing multi-channel B2B campaigns within an in-house model.

Proven expertise in Paid Social, Paid Search, Content Syndication, and Programmatic Display.

A strong track record of executing digital marketing campaigns, from setup to reporting.

Familiarity with an in-house execution model and an understanding of how to drive measurable results.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend optimizations.

Excellent written communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce, with an understanding of web analytics, ad tracking, A/B testing, tag management, and content management.

A proactive, self-starter mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within tight deadlines.

Experience working in a high-growth B2B technology company is a plus.

Willingness to work from our London office at least two days per week.
