The Role

We have a new opportunity available for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a high performing digital team within LiveScore Group. The Digital team is responsible for all Digital Marketing campaigns across the group, with a primary focus on User Acquisition. Reporting into the Head of Performance Marketing, we are looking for an enthusiastic, analytical, self-motivated person who loves sport to join the team. 

LiveScore Group operate two Sportsbook brands globally, Virgin Bet and LiveScore Bet. Virgin Bet is the fastest growing sportsbook in the UK, and we have plans to scale in the next 12 months to challenge the established Tier 1 competition. LiveScore Bet is a Global sportsbook, already live in the UK, Ireland and Nigeria, and alongside plans to scale our existing ventures we are launching a market-challenging sportsbook in Bulgaria in late 2024. 

The role will be to support the Head of Performance Marketing with all aspects of digital user acquisition marketing, working with in-house teams such as data, design, SEO as well as external marketing agencies who will be running paid activity.

The role will require someone to lead and direct these activities, developing the reporting framework, implementing processes and delivering substantial growth in our key territories with effective user acquisition campaigns as the primary goal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning, executing and reporting on digital campaigns for Virgin Bet and LiveScore Bet’s non-UK territories, not limited to user acquisition but including brand campaigns 
  • Leading and managing a team of marketing executives, ensuring they are high performing and engaged.
  • Managing and supporting Agency resource, ensuring they have all the tools necessary to deliver effective marketing campaigns
  • Create a framework to report on all new user acquisition, CAC spends, and combined owned and earned activities, looking at volume, value and efficiency metrics
  • Budget management - ensuring that signed off budgets are communicated and adhered to, providing feedback to senior stakeholders when necessary
  • Developing and implementing processes for streamlined and accurate management of Digital Campaigns
  • Working within an internal matrix structure to deliver objectives. This includes, but is not limited to, Country Management, Data, CRM, SEO, Design and Promotions 
  • Assist in creating reports for Senior Management on a weekly and monthly basis on performance including but not limited to, CAC spend, Registrations, P2Ps, Player Quality 
  • Ensuring all advertising meets applicable Compliance guidelines, including content and age verification rules 

The Person

  • Proven commercial experience in an analytical, user acquisition-focused digital marketing role 
  • Highly competent with all aspects of reporting, utilizing primarily Excel and Tableau
  • Understanding of Attribution methodologies and implementation
  • Experienced with handling paid media budgets 
  • Experience of working with and building relationships with agencies and internal resources  
  • Working knowledge of all digital marketing channels, including Paid Social, Affiliates, Display and PPC 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Natural, methodical problem solver 
  • Highly effective and clear communicator, both verbally and in writing
