Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: 2 days per week (team day Wednesday) in MOMA HQ in Camden (NW1 7HP)

What we’re looking for…

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to help accelerate the growth of the MOMA brand. We have huge ambitions to make MOMA the UK’s most loved challenger brand in oat milk and cereals by 2030, and with a significant brand relaunch planned at the end of 2024 it’s a really exciting time to join the team.

You’ll be a key member of the marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Director you will focus on building the brand through our digital touchpoints including planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing our website and newsletters and driving sales through our webshop. You’ll also be working closely with our Amazon account manager to ensure we have first class marketing support, as well as managing our retail Brandbank content.

Your responsibilities will include...

  • Performance Marketing – drive Webshop sales through the planning, execution and optimisation of SEO, paid ads and paid social, email marketing and partnerships
  • Amazon – partner with our Amazon Account Manager to drive sales by developing and implementing effective strategies that drive traffic and increase sales on the Amazon platform through media, digital merchandising, and branded content
  • Digital Content Creation – manage the relationship with agencies and content creators to create video content, photography and copy that will drive the brand funnel
  • Digital Asset Management – ensure all digital assets and copy are up to date and well organised, including content for the Webshop, Brandbank and all product shots for presentations
  • Website Management – manage website design and content to ensure it best showcases the brand and engages and informs consumers and customers
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilise web analytic tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and analyse performance, user behaviour, and campaign effectiveness; generate regular reports to inform decision-making

What you’ll bring...

  • Mid-level digital manager in a similar role, either client or agency side
  • Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta, Google Ads and Klaviyo
  • SEO and PPC experience
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amazon Analytics) to track performance and derive insights.
  • Experience in agency management and content creation
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • A good team player with great communication skills.
