Hybrid role, with at least 2 days per week working from our Tower Bridge Office.

This is an exciting time in Hometrack’s growth trajectory and we are ready to expand our digital footprint with our Data Services business areas.

The Role
This is a pivotal role for the Hometrack business where you’ll be developing our digital marketing campaigns for Hometrack Data Services to enhance our online presence, increase brand visibility, and optimise traffic to drive users towards our B2B solutions.  You will be instrumental in our growth plans for 2025 and beyond.  This is very much a ‘hands-on’ role, working as part of a close-knit team.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be an ambitious marketing manager looking to take responsibility for developing digital marketing campaigns.  You will be a self-starter who can use Wordpress to update our website, Mailchimp email marketing system, and be familiar with tools to support SEO and paid media.  You’ll execute, optimise and report on all Digital marketing activity. Indeed, you’ll have digital marketing experience and have an analytical approach to delivering your objectives.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Develop product led growth initiatives for Hometrack Data Services targeting existing and new target audiences.
  • Implement, and optimise paid and organic strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook).
  • Manage budgets and campaigns for a strong return on investment in conjunction with Head of Marketing.
  • Define and execute SEO strategies for improved organic search rankings.
  • Optimise on-page and off-page SEO, including keyword research and link-building
  • Drive regular performance of SEO assets, analysing data for insights
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns and other marketing tasks, meeting timelines with accuracy.

Data and Martech Management:

  • Develop a cohesive audience strategy for campaigns, leveraging 1st and 3rd party data and martech tools (e.g., Salesforce/MailChimp)
  • Develop and maintain marketing automation processes using tools to streamline lead nurturing, through the website, digital media and online advertising, email marketing, and customer segmentation.
  • Support the distribution of digital content such as blog posts, webinars, white papers, and other digital assets through martech.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on digital marketing performance to internal stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations
  • Utilise data-driven insights for campaign optimisation
Requirements

You’ll come to us with:

  • Proven campaign manager experience of digital channel management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Digital/Campaign Marketing Manager or similar/equivalent role
  • Experience of Mailchimp and managing email campaigns, and developing email journeys as well as some experience of how Mailchimp integrates with sales systems (e.g. Salesforce) management 
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and PPC platforms
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and algorithms
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and SEO software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
