We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join us on a 12-month FTC. This is a hands-on and strategic role responsible for driving digital demand generation and pipeline creation across all digital channels. You’ll own and optimise our digital marketing ecosystem from paid and organic channels through to digital content, marketing automation, analytics, and conversion optimisation.

This role will be based in our vibrant HQ in Helsinki or our growing London Office. We have a hybrid working model of 2 days a week in the office. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love turning data-driven insights into impactful marketing results, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be getting up to:

  • Digital Strategy & Ownership: Lead and execute on multi-channel digital strategy to drive audience engagement, lead generation and pipeline growth, taking full ownership of performance targets.

  • Website & Conversion Optimisation: Lead on website and landing page UX, conversion rate optimisation, and compliance; build landing pages for campaigns and events.

  • Content strategy and development: Ideate and execute on content distribution across digital channels (blogs, case studies, interactive tours, reports etc).

  • Marketing Automation & Email: Manage HubSpot campaigns, workflows, and nurture sequences; optimise segmentation and messaging through A/B testing.

  • SEO & Organic Growth: Manage and partner with SEO specialists (outsourced agency) to implement strategies, optimise content for visibility and performance and report on search activity.

  • Paid Media & Channels: Plan and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn; explore new acquisition channels.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Dreamdata, HubSpot, and GA4 to analyse performance, report insights, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with SDRs, AEs and RevOps to ensure seamless lead workflows, clean data, and scalable tech stack.

  • Tech Stack Management: Oversee vendor and agency relationships to maintain quality and ROI across digital marketing operations.

What you’ll need:

Minimum of 5+ years B2B SaaS digital marketing experience, having a strong understanding of lead and demand generation procedures, performance marketing & marketing funnel analysis.

Strong Experience in:

  • Digital content strategy and development

  • Paid digital campaign management (LinkedIn and Google Ads)

  • Marketing automation (ideally via HubSpot)

  • Website management, (ideally via Webflow - you will have support via web dev agency)

  • SEO + Google Analytics (plus Search Console and Google Ads)

  • Digital agency management
