Location: Hybrid - Newmarket, 2 days on-site, 2 days WFH

Hours: 32 hours across a 4-day week (no salary sacrifice)

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000

Product: Evouchers (https://www.evouchers.com/); FundingConnect (https://www.fundingconnect.com/)

Who we are and what is important to us:

Beyond unifies three technology-driven brands, Wonde, Evouchers and Secure Schools.

Each brand shares a vision to reduce the friction of adapting technology, to help customers navigate an often overwhelming area and provide powerful solutions that make their everyday life easier.

The three brands run independently with the autonomy to continue to prosper, although as part of the Beyond team, you’ll join a wider, supportive environment where you’ll be able to pull on the expertise and capabilities of the group.

We do not limit ourselves to standing still. We look ahead and strive to disrupt the sector we operate in. We believe technology should not be complicated or overwhelming. It should do what it says - quickly, safely and efficiently.

Who Evouchers is:

At Evouchers, we're passionate about making it easier for organisations to deliver financial support to the people who need it most. We work with local authorities, housing associations, schools, charities and other organisations to simplify the way support is managed and distributed.

Our products are designed to remove administrative complexity, improve efficiency and provide a better experience for both organisations and the people they support.

Evouchers is our digital support distribution platform, enabling organisations to securely send support for free school meals, hardship, energy support, household essentials and a wide range of other welfare programmes.

FundingConnect is our end-to-end grant management platform, helping organisations manage every stage of a funding programme-from applications and eligibility assessments through to award management, reporting and insight-all within one secure, configurable system.

Together, our platforms help organisations deliver support more efficiently, make informed decisions and maximise their impact in the communities they serve. As we continue to grow, we're committed to developing technology that solves real-world challenges and makes a meaningful difference.

Job snapshot:

As Digital Marketing Executive, you'll drive day-to-day activity across online channels for Evouchers and FundingConnect, including websites, paid search and paid social, email automation and organic content. You'll help build and deliver the full online journey, from the search ad or article that earns the first click through to campaign landing pages and nurture flows. You'll follow up with reporting that shows what worked. Sitting at the intersection of paid media, CRM and analytics, you'll play a key role in contributing to the measurable pipeline our digital channels generate for each brand.

Whilst this role offers plenty of autonomy and the chance to take ownership of your work, you won't be expected to do it alone. You'll work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager, who will provide support and guidance as you build your skills and confidence. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden their digital marketing experience and develop across a wide range of channels.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Carry out keyword research, competitor analysis and benchmarking and develop audience segments and bidding strategies.
  • Support the team with email campaigns, segmentation and performance tracking through CRM.
  • Deliver insights-driven reports and analysis of digital performance (G4A, SEMRush) including paid ads conversion and digital channel engagement.
  • Help manage website performance, monitoring traffic, user behaviour and conversion rates, and suggesting improvements.
  • Create and optimise landing pages to support campaigns and improve the digital customer journey.
  • Support the delivery of our SEO strategy and organic growth, keeping up to date with changes in search behaviour, including AI-led search and discovery.
  • Carry out keyword research to support SEO, PPC and campaign optimisation.
  • Plan, build and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta, with support from the Marketing & Communications Manager.
  • Create engaging content that reflects our brand and audiences, monitoring performance to help shape future content.
  • Monitor campaign performance and share insights and recommendations with the Marketing & Communications Manager.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team and wider stakeholders to ensure campaigns, content and messaging are aligned across all channels.
  • Help build and maintain audience segments and CRM workflows that support lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Monitor paid media budgets and campaign performance, helping to maximise return on investment.
  • Support the implementation of conversion tracking and help monitor customer journeys across digital channels.
  • Identify opportunities to test and improve campaign performance across different digital channels.
  • Support wider marketing activity, including webinars and events, by driving registrations through paid and email campaigns and building follow-up nurture journeys.
  • Keep up to date with new digital marketing trends and explore how AI can help improve campaign performance, efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

What we’re hoping you’ll bring:

  • 1-2 years' experience supporting or managing paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Some experience assisting with lead generation campaigns, with an understanding of how they tie to commercial objectives.
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, maintaining data integrity and lead management processes.
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategy, campaign setup, optimisation, and audience targeting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Knowledge of attribution modelling and customer journey analysis.
  • Knowledge of keyword research and search marketing best practices, including SEO and GEO principles.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Growing commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing activity contributes to pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Results-driven, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Highly proactive and, when ready, comfortable taking ownership of campaigns and projects from start to finish.
  • Naturally curious, with a passion for testing, learning and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data quality.
  • Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
