Job Description

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive on a fixed-term contract (12 months) to support and deliver key digital marketing activity and ensure continuity across campaigns during a busy period for the team. 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Day-to-day planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including website updates, SEO, social media and emails. 

  • Analyse, report and optimise campaign performance against agreed KPIs, ensuring activity meets objectives and continuously improves engagement. 

  • Build, manage and optimise automated email journeys. 

  • Confidently collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, design, content and technology, managing relationships independently. 

  • Develop and manage organic and paid social campaigns as part of wider marketing activity. 

  • Contribute to multi‑channel campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation alongside campaign managers. 

  • Manage digital workboard in Monday.com to keep stakeholders informed on progress and delivery timelines. 

  • Take ownership of delivering high-quality digital outputs to agreed deadlines. 

  • Stay up to date with digital best practice, including emerging AI tools and technologies. 

  • Quickly get up to speed with existing tools, processes and campaigns. 

Qualifications

What we’re looking for 

  • At least two years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role. 

  • A proactive and creative mindset, with a passion for improving customer experience and using data to inform decisions. 

  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media and email marketing. 

  • Experience managing website content (WordPress preferred). 

  • Experience with marketing platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics and/or HubSpot. 

  • Confidence reporting on and interpreting digital campaign performance. 

  • Positive and resilient mindset, willing to test and adapt quickly. 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
