Responsibilities
- Understanding social media Best Practices: To build a strong community online, you must skillfully manage and optimize social channels like (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram)
- Developing Marketing Strategies: Create marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals across various channels including social media and email marketing.
- Create Digital Marketing Campaigns: Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including social media platforms and email, to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze Campaigns: Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns to optimize strategies and assess against goals KPIs.
- Staying updated: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to continuously improve campaign performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in executing digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Proficiency in social media and email marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Fluent English communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
