Job Description
About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Digital Manager (Communications Manager) to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The role lies within the UK & Ireland Business Unit. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.
You'll be reporting into Jules Smith, Media Strategy & Brand Communications Lead. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The development of marketing plans which focus on the consumer experience will be your primary responsibility. You're constantly looking for ways to deliver 360 execution.
In brief, you will be responsible for;

  • Earned Media - including the development and maintenance of the comms calendar, agency management, campaign prioritization & integration into wider comms plans
  • Digital Consumer Experience - working with our agency partner to develop and execute the data & digital content strategy, CRM programme and day-to-day management of our digital channels
  • Data Management - work with our agencies, brand teams and Global IT to develop our 1PD acquisition strategy, manage & activate our first party data, including compliance with all guidelines and ensure integration with wider comms plans
  • Work with brand & eCOM teams to extend their campaigns across all digital touchpoints including web development, shoppable connections and coupon activation
  • Tools & Tech Management including (but not limited to) Lytics, Salesforce, Cheetah Digital, Meltwater & CMS
  • Measurement & reporting across all areas of communication (excluding Paid Media)


Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in a digital marketing role (ideally 4-6 years)
  • Clear understanding of the role of earned & owned media channels, and how they integrate into wider communication plans
  • Experience in PR (either agency or client) including managing and executing campaigns
  • Experience in data management, particularly 1PD
  • Preferred - Bachelors degree in Marketing/Advertising
