About the Role:

To support in managing the day-to-day client relationship across Bacardi, as well provide global digital excellence and best practice to Bacardi. This will include supporting on development of annual brand connection strategies, regional planning and being a digital specialist. This includes working with 16+ local markets as well as our central activation and performance teams to ensure consistency, accuracy and timely delivery of information to clients. 

Bacardi expects the highest level of service, insight, strategic leadership and diligence across all deliverables and in every market. To service the account, OMD’s relationship with Bacardi is run from 2 global hubs (in London & New York), with the majority of the global marketing clients based in London. Core strategy teams are based in each hub with specific brand responsibilities, working with shared services across both hubs, with specialists encompassing Social, Digital Performance, Central Activation, Innovation and Operations. Market responsibilities stretch across 16+ markets globally.

Supporting the Account Directors, you will help run the day-to-day account management proactively supporting the director in ensuring regular day to work is delivered, communicating clearly with local markets, demonstrating an ability to lead aspects of the day to day of the account and having the ability to manage workload and communication across multiple markets/time zones.

As part of the global digital team, you will support the Digital Director in developing global digital strategy and driving digital excellence from the centre. You will develop best practice for digital planning and activation, educating and supporting local market teams. You will provide guidance to clients around the digital media landscape and opportunities to elevate global digital performance.
