This Digital Implementation Specialist role will rest within a centralised data products team, closely aligning with our customer's product squads. They will ensure our customer is tracking and capturing the right data to fuel the digital product and their optimisations.
Required skills and experience:
- Skilled implementation specialist with the ability to define strategy, plan, build, quality test, deploy and audit digital analytics implementations
- Experience of fully managing GTM implementations is preferable
- Highly proficient in Google Analytics and its configuration & reporting
- Pro-active mindset to identifying opportunities & threats using data, using this approach to advise stakeholders and lead development of solutions
- Enjoy working autonomously in a fast paced and dynamic environment and can demonstrate an ability to problem solve with a customer centric approach
- Demonstrated ability to work and proficiently collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams with varying degrees of data literacy and needs
- A fascination for intricate the status quo by learning new technologies, testing new methods and questioning stakeholders and colleagues
What you’ll be working on:
- Digital analytics implementation – The day-to-day maintenance and improvement of the digital analytics implementation. Owning the collection of compliant, precision, well-structured data into our digital analytics platform. Ensuring our customer is continuously improving the tag manager implementation so they can support stakeholder’s current and future data needs
- Experimentation – As the digital data landscape matures, product analytics will play a critical part in our customer’s roadmap to digital experimentation. Ensure that the right tracking is in place to enable them to successfully measure and report on these experiments
- Tech platform support – Provide domain knowledge and subject matter expertise across digital tooling suite to advise on tagging requirements, pixel implementation and attribution
