What will you be doing?

10 Digital Engagement Executive x2
Hybrid – 3 days a week in Dorking office
Unum is a leading provider of employee benefits, and we’re growing fast. To support that growth, we’re expanding our marketing capabilities and sharpening our focus on segmentation, personalisation, and customer experience.

What will you bring?

As a Digital Engagement Executive, you’ll help deliver targeted marketing campaigns that support our teams by reaching the right brokers and customers at the right time. You’ll use digital tools to send personalised messages, create simple contact plans, and support online journeys that encourage more people to use Unum UK’s digital platforms. Your work will help improve engagement, build stronger relationships, and make it easier for customers to get the support they need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help create automated nurture journeys and contact plans that help attract, retain, and engage brokers and customers.
  • Deliver personalised digital campaigns across email, social and other channels to support ABM goals.
  • Track performance, spot trends, and adjust tactics to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Share clear insights and ideas to improve results and test new tools to increase efficiency.
  • Keep digital content up to date and make improvements that support a better user experience and strong SEO.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation and customer journey mapping to support effective targeting and engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organisational capability.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, alongside competence in digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 to track performance, interpret trends and provide clear, insight‑led recommendations.
  • Proactive, curious and comfortable adopting new tools, testing ideas and continuously improving marketing effectiveness.
  • Confident collaborating with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
