Job Description

Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insight and using it to shape eCommerce decisions? Do you love to interrogate the numbers to uncover the "why" behind the "what"? If so, we’re looking for a Digital Insights Analyst to join our team!

In this exciting role, you’ll work closely with our global Retail commercial teams, translating analytics into actionable commercial insights. You’ll play a key part in shaping eCommerce strategy and supporting tactical decisions, while helping the team unlock new ways to harness the full potential of our data. This role offers cross-functional exposure, collaborating not only with the eCommerce team but also with key partners in Category Management, Promotions, Forecasting, Data Science, Digital Products, and more

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.

Core Responsibilities

  • Analyse LEGO.com performance using a mix of digital analytics and qualitative insights to uncover key drivers and tell a clear performance story.

  • Deliver actionable insights across the full shopper journey, from engagement to delivery, to drive meaningful optimisations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Intelligence, Trading, and Operations to deepen understanding of regular performance trends.

  • Support major marketing events like Black Friday and Cyber Monday with real-time performance reporting and optimisation opportunities.

  • Create and maintain bespoke reports to help LEGO Retail teams understand LEGO.com commercial performance, and deliver training to boost data literacy.

  • Ensure data quality and governance by partnering with data owners and maintaining accurate, reliable reporting systems.

Do you have what it takes.

  • Strong analytical skills with a high confidence in using SQL.

  • Established proficiency in data visualisation, preferably Power BI.

  • Must have digital analytics experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.

  • Experience of data structure and the ability to create insights from a range of both quantitative & qualitative & data

  • A storyteller with commercial experience, preferably from an eCommerce Insights team or similar

  • Excellent written and verbal communication ability in English.
