Hello there 👋

We’re Manyone, a strategic design consultancy shaping everything that’s next.

Our team of 300+ change-makers across 14 locations in 10 countries helps global brands transform their businesses by reimagining and designing revolutionary experiences, products, and services – seamlessly blending strategy, design, and technology.

At our office in London, we’re looking for a Mid-level Digital Designer who wants to be part of a friendly and experienced team, working across our global teams to deliver industry-shaping design and strategy solutions to businesses both in the UK and worldwide.

This role might be for you if…

  • You’re ready to jump into a wide variety of different types of projects, ranging from UX/UI and design systems to visual design and branding. We’re not expecting you to be an expert in all of them – but excited and curious to expand on the skills you currently have.
  • You’re interested in playing a part in all phases of the design process from strategy and research to ideation and design execution.
  • You’re excited to be part of small (but growing) London team within a global Manyone team-of-teams structure and collaborate with colleagues from our other 14 locations (Germany, Spain, Nordics, US and more…).

We’d like to hear from you if…

  • You have 2+ years of experience in Digital Design or a similar role
  • You can demonstrate solid understanding of foundational design skills (colour, typography, layout etc)
  • You can comfortably use tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe PS
  • You have a curious mind and are ready to tackle complex problems by turning ideas into design solutions

What we can offer…

    • Brand new office spaces with lots of room to be creative together and state-of-the-art equipment
    • No egos – at Manyone we value true collaboration across hierarchies and shared learning
    • 25 days annual leave
    • Company Pension Scheme
    • Cycle to Work Scheme
    • Private Health and Dental Insurance
    • A dedicated £1,000 annual development budget
    • More benefits we are eager to share in person

Join us in shaping everything that’s next.
