The Digital Deployment Manager bridges product development and business implementation, ensuring effective delivery and adoption of digital products across Consumer and Shopper Engagement (CSE) global operations. This role focuses on communication, handoffs, and release processes, combining product operations excellence with change leadership. It plays a key role in CSE Product Working Groups, managing non-technical aspects of product rollouts like user testing, pilots, and change management.

In addition, the Digital Deployment Manager collaborates closely with CSE Change Leads to deliver a proactive programme of change management to ensure more transformational digital change is met with excitement and cooperation to maximise the value delivered by strategic digital investments.

Collaborating with Product Managers, the Digital Deployment Manager maintains roadmap visibility, drives adoption readiness, coordinates deployment timing, and optimises adoption metrics to ensure digital solutions achieve their intended value. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Deployment planning – Planning of testing, pilot phases including success criteria and monitoring, timelines, ownership, R&R, comms and hypercare when appropriate

  • Adoption and value reporting – Reporting progress and effectiveness of digital tool deployment, according to Product-defined metrics

  • Partner engagement and readiness – Engage CSE stakeholders bring them on the digital change journey (in collaboration with Product team and Global Process Owner)

  • Cultural change strategy – Understand the degree of change, the complexity of existing and future processes and the support needed to successfully embed digital tools within CSE at a cultural level beyond specific releases or new features

  • Training needs development – Work with CSE Academy to ensure training needs for new Digital solutions are developed and delivered

Do you have what it takes

  • Proven experience as an agile project manager or in a similar role

  • Experience working in/with a Contact Centre is essential

  • Experience working with digital products

  • Confidence using JIRA

  • Experience leading global teams through digital change and managing multiple stakeholders

  • Entrepreneurial approach and ability to prioritise and lead multiple projects independently with a keen attention to detail

  • Great communication with the ability to build networks with key partners across the organisation as a whole

  • Strong presentation and influencing skills

Additional details about this role

This role requires close collaboration both with CSE teams (based in Slough), and CSE Product teams (based in London Hub), therefore you would average two days per week in Slough (where role is based) and one day per week in the London Hub. We work with ‘best of both’ approach, requiring an average of 3 days a week in the office.
