Lead assurance in Salesforce implementations, managing risks, data readiness, and architecture. Oversee collaboration with partners to ensure best practices in configuration and sustainable design.
Job Description – Key Responsibilities • Lead independent delivery assurance by acting as the Firm’s central counterpart between technical delivery teams and business specialists, ensuring clear risk visibility and expert challenge. • Ensure Salesforce implementation aligns with cloud SaaS best practices, emphasizing standardized, upgrade-safe architecture, configuration-first principles, and sustainable design decisions. • Challenge and collaborate with the implementation partner on scope, delivery approaches, and ensuring reusable, well-documented design artifacts. • Govern configuration versus customization decisions, protecting platform upgradeability and scalability aligned to Salesforce’s roadmap. • Oversee business readiness and adoption, supporting the translation of business requirements into platform-appropriate outcomes and enabling sustainable internal Salesforce capabilities. • Manage the oversight of data readiness, migration strategy, and analytics, ensuring data ownership and quality are clearly defined and maintained. • Maintain the CRM risk register, escalate critical risks to executive sponsors, and provide clear options and trade-offs to steer delivery decisions. • Gate emerging technologies such as AI adoption in alignment with policy, maturity, and value principles while ensuring performance, security, and compliance readiness. • Support end-to-end delivery assurance without direct project management, focusing on surfacing delivery risks early and confirming legacy CRM decommissioning plans. • Act as the guardian of cloud SaaS integrity throughout the program, ensuring architectural choices are loosely coupled, API-led, and consistent with Salesforce platform capabilities.
