U&Creative is seeking a Creative Innovation Lead to provide specialist capability during a period of transformation and increased creative demand.
We are looking for an individual who combines creative excellence with emerging technical capability and can help accelerate both the quality of our output and the evolution of how creative work is delivered across the business. The successful candidate will help shape new approaches to creative production, scalable content systems, AI-enabled workflows and performance-led creative development.
This role sits at the intersection of creativity, audience behaviour, technology and content effectiveness.

What We Would Like You To Bring To The Role
Creative Innovation & Capability
  •  Find new efficient ways to create content by using AI and new tools that build simple systems and templates for creative teams to deliver more content faster, consistently across all digital placements. 
  • Partner with creative, production and performance teams to test, learn and optimise new approaches.
Performance & Audience Creative
  •  Apply audience insight, platform understanding and performance data to inform creative development.
  •  Support the creation of modular and adaptable content designed for testing, iteration and optimisation.
Creative Leadership
  • Support and raise creative standards through strong conceptual thinking and executional excellence.
Skills & Personal Qualities

Essential
  • Extensive  experience within a creative agency, broadcaster, publisher, entertainment brand or in-house creative team.
  • Outstanding portfolio demonstrating both concept, craft and execution..
  • Proven ability to take ideas from concept through to final delivery.
  • Excellent motion design, editing and content creation skills.
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, FIGMA  and Illustrator.
  •  Strong understanding of social, digital and platform-native content.
  • Experience creating work across multiple channels, formats and audience touchpoints.
  • Ability to balance creative craft with speed, agility and commercial objectives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of audience behaviour, content trends and evolving creative formats.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
Desirable
  • Experience within entertainment, streaming, media or broadcast environments.
  • Experience creating performance-focused creative and iterative content.
  • Familiarity with AI creative worklflows and automation 
  •  Experience developing templates, toolkits or scalable content systems.
  • Familiarity with creative testing, optimisation and audience-led content development.
  •  Experience working in fast-moving, evolving creative environments.

  • Delivery of priority campaigns during peak workload periods.
  • Adoption of new creative tools, workflows or AI-enabled processes.
  • Creation of reusable content frameworks and creative systems.

  • Positive contribution to the evolution of U&Creative's future operating model.
