The Team:
S&P Global Mobility is looking for a results-driven Content Specialist to optimize and scale our content for search, engagement, and conversion. This role is not just about content creation—it’s about driving measurable business impact through strategic content experiences.
You’ll be joining a high-performing Digital Marketing team in the S&P Global Mobility division. Along with the talented marketing team, you’ll work closely with some of brightest minds in automotive industry—experts in everything for vehicle production forecasts to aftermarket consumer trends.
Responsibilities and Impact:

Content Development: Develop and execute a data-driven content strategy focused on increasing engagement and lead generation across key digital assets (landing pages, reports, blogs, webinars, and more) and across key digital channels (organic search, paid media, email marketing, and social media)

Thought Leadership SEO & Optimization: Partner with our subject matter experts and thought leaders by enhancing their subject-matter expertise into high-performing content experiences. Leverage keyword research, search intent analysis, and technical SEO best practices to drive organic traffic growth and higher rankings for key industry topics.

CRO & UX-Optimized Content: Improve conversion rates by structuring content for readability, engagement, and action—optimizing CTAs, layout, and user flow in collaboration with design and marketing operations teams.

Data-Driven Content Improvements: Analyze site performance metrics on evergreen and product pages (traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates, engagement) to continuously refine content based on audience behavior and A/B testing insights.

Collaboration with Growth Teams: Your work will closely align with the digital marketers, web developers, and growth marketers tasked with overall lead generation and revenue goals. A key skill is the ability to manage and consolidate competing priorities and requests from these teams.

Content Architecture & UX Strategy: Improve the information architecture of content-heavy pages, ensuring easy navigation and a clear path to conversion.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in SEO, content development, UX writing, or performance marketing.

Experience with AEM analytics as a desired qualification

Proven expertise in on-page SEO (Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog).

Experience with content analytics & conversion rate optimization tools. —A/B testing, heatmaps, and session recordings (Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Google Optimize).
Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of UI/UX principes and how content plays into usability, information architecture, and digital experience.

Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Looker, or other data visualization tools.

Excellent written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, engagement, and actionability.
