We’re looking for a Digital Content Editor to join our team in London on a permanent basis. 

Digital and Web Content Editors are specialist resources with expertise in Content Strategy, Information Architecture, Content Design, Accessibility, UX Writing, and Search Engine Optimisation. They define the vision and set standards for web content across Clarion Housing channels, including websites, chatbots, portals, and apps. In this role, you’ll be part of the Web Content team and wider Marketing team and will be the expert in optimising content for readability and accessibility whilst adapting it for different channels and contexts.

You’ll work very closely with the Product and User Experience Team, the Marketing Team, and the Software Engineering team to support existing channels, design and launch new digital channels, and integrate new and updated customer service journeys.

We’re looking for someone with current expertise in Content Strategy, Information Architecture, Content Design, Accessibility, UX Writing, and Search Engine Optimisation. You’ll have excellent copywriting and editing skills and the ability to tailor writing to different brands and audiences to optimise and meet readability and accessibility grades. You will mentor others in the team to improve digital writing across the business.

If you have substantive experience as a Web Content Editor (or similar role) working for large organisations with complex customer services and marketing communications challenges, we want to hear from you!
