We’re looking for an Digital Content Assistant at Starling Bank, responsible for updating and managing content, supporting the producers and search manager with tasks, you’ll be a key member of our growing digital team reporting into the Head of Digital. Day to day you will be working closely with a range of teams from across the business to ensure our content meets the needs of our customers - giving them the information they need, at the right time, and presented in a way that is clear and intuitive; as well as keeping our legal and regulatory content up to date.

The Digital Content Assistant’s responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring Starling's web content is up-to-date, accurate, compliant, and in line with the aims of the business
  • Tracks project progress, responsible for schedule development, maintenance, and communication of status’ to the team.
  • Making changes to the site for product feature changes and launches
  • Carrying out necessary legal and regulatory updates to the website
  • Managing the necessary ‘business as usual’ website updates
  • Taking ownership of the web change process from start to finish
  • Working closely with the web engineering team to ensure updates go out on time
  • Using analytics to make informed decisions for the website
  • Supporting digital team members on larger projects

Requirements
  • At least 1 years of digital production (or related) experience and 3 years of total professional experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relations with various teams across the business
  • A good understanding of Starling's product offering
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to ensure work stays on track and on time
  • A good eye for detail
  • Problem solving, other teams will often come to you for advice and solutions
  • A team player, willing to jump in and help out where you can 
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to time constraints
