Role Purpose
As a Digital Campaign Marketing Manager, you will collaborate across the team to build multi-touch global campaigns that aim to drive pipeline and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with the regions to adapt and extend campaign reach into key markets with relevancy that drives results. You will work closely with product marketing, content marketing and agencies to ensure we are continually in market with timely, on message, content based campaigns that drive new leads in the pipeline. As the project manager of these campaigns, from inception through execution and evaluation you will work with agility and attention to detail. All this while being curious and willing to experiment and test new ideas and tactics.
What will you do
- Campaigns & Cross Team Collaboration:
- Working closely with Product Marketing, Content Marketing and the Regions to prioritise and develop multi-touch, ABM and always on campaigns across channels, ensuring there are clear goals and measurement aligned to business growth goals.
- Apply and share your expertise as a growth marketer to optimise results and deliver against growth revenue goals.
- Regularly work across the team to coordinate and project manage efforts and deliverables for campaigns to ensure smooth execution globally and within the regions. This includes maintaining a campaign calendar view.
- Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social channels independently and with agency support where required.
- Establish clear targets per campaigns and continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in multi-channel marketing and the use of AI to improve targeting and scaling abilities
- Work with the larger marketing team to augment our website and landing page strategies aligned to maximising the commercial return in terms of lead generation.
- Engage agency support where required to augment or optimise campaigns and results.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and insights into campaign performance.
Who you are
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in B2B SaaS, with a strong focus on Paid Search, PPC, and ABM.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Hands-on experience with ABM tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Terminus, 6sense, Demandbase).
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and customer acquisition strategies.
- Proficient in tracking and reporting tools.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Experience interpreting analytics and making meaningful changes to activities as a result.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to execute campaigns at scale while maintaining a focus on quality.
- Experience in leveraging AI tools for growth marketing techniques
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications or related
- Experience working with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce/Hubspot) and understanding of lead scoring and nurturing processes.
- Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads certifications are a plus.

The is a hybrid role within a commutable distance to London.
