Why this role is important to us

The Digital Campaign Manager supports the marketing team by planning, carrying out, and optimizing digital campaigns to meet brand and business goals. This role focuses on delivering measurable outcomes through targeted digital advertising and content-driven campaigns. The Digital Campaign Manager works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are well-coordinated, on-brand, and data-driven.

You will thrive in this role as you enjoy working with digital marketing platforms as they evolve. You will build expertise through direct experience with new features across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and programmatic channels. It is an engaging role where you will stay current with B2B digital marketing through practical experience - from enhanced targeting capabilities to new ad formats. Working in a collaborative team environment, you will have the opportunity to understand and implement new platform capabilities as they roll out, steadily building valuable expertise in this field.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead and working closely with design, content, regional marketing, and MarTech teams.

What you will be responsible for

Digital Campaign Management 

  • Coordinate and conduct digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Demandbase and programmatic channels etc. 
  • Manage campaign set-up, including audience targeting, creative assets, and ad placements, ensuring alignment with the intended goals. 
  • Monitor campaign performance in real-time, optimizing for KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and LP traffic. 
  • Generate and deliver detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, highlighting insights and actionable recommendations. 

Performance Analysis and Optimization 

  • Track and analyze key metrics to assess campaign performance and inform strategy adjustments. 
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segmentation, and messaging to optimize results. 
  • Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes to enhance campaign performance. 

Content and Asset Coordination 

  • Collaborate with content teams to develop compelling digital ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign assets. 
  • Ensure messaging, visuals, and tone are consistent across all digital touchpoints. 
  • Partner with the MarTech team to integrate campaign assets with marketing automation tools effectively. 

Supporting Responsibilities: Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead to align digital campaigns with broader digital marketing strategies. 
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure campaigns are localized and relevant for target markets. 
  • Provide feedback and insights to design and content teams to enhance campaign deliverables. 

Budget and Resources 

  • Monitor campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact. 
  • Support the Digital Marketing Lead in tracking expenditures and reporting ROI.

  • Proficiency in managing digital advertising platforms and tools.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Ability to leverage digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Demandbase) to manage campaigns. 
  • Know how with regards to analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BI dashboards) to measure performance and generate actionable insights. 
  • Working from SimCorp’s office at least two days per week in alignment with our hybrid work approach.   

You will be measured on your ability to meet  digital campaign performance goals, the delivery of campaigns within scope and budget and your contribution to demand generation and brand awareness.
