Company Description
Hybrid position: 2 days/month in office (Central London).
About the Business Division:
This role is part of ONEHealth Communications, a subsidiary of M3 Inc., which is a specialist Healthcare Communications agency working in partnership with our clients to deliver end-to-end marketing services across three key areas of Media Buying, Creative and Content and Email, currently employing a team of 32. This is supported by Data4NHS, providing one of the largest GDPR compliant email databases of Healthcare Professionals (HCP) in the UK.
Job Description
- Act as product owner of ad serving with experience using Campaign Manager 360
- Traffic online advertising campaigns including but not limited to display ads
- Monitor campaign pacing and progress for each client.
- Help in troubleshooting online ad delivery and performance issues
- Ensure conversion tracking and data collection is functioning properly
- Work with the wider team to deliver goals for our clients
- Capture and maintain all related campaign updates and progress within our designated company dashboard
- Generate and present professional campaign delivery reports for both internal and client review
- Help in any other advertising campaign pre-launch and post-launch tasks.
- Act as internal point of contact for Media, Commercial, and Marketing teams
- Provide back up support for all team members
- Play a key role in providing feedback and recommendations to improve process and efficiencies
Qualifications
- Prior digital experience in operation team and demonstrable experience within Ad Ops and web ad-serving technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel as well as Google Sheets
- An understanding of Looker Studio coding syntax and ability to amend code based on the dashboard criteria
- Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively independently in a team environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple projects simultaneously
