What you can expect
As part of this team, you will be working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Collaborating closely with Developers, Infrastructure Engineers, and Product teams to build and maintain resilient systems. The team focuses on automation, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), observability, and cloud-native operations to support Zoom’s UCaaS and CCaaS Services.
This team is responsible for deploying and managing services across multi-cloud environments. The team handles multiple services like Zoom Phone, Zoom Contact Center, Zoom Virtual Agent and WorkForce Management.
About the Team
Zoom DevOps Engineers are the driving force behind the seamless functionality and continuous availability that defines the Zoom's unparalleled user experience. This team builds and deploys UCaaS and CCaaS services, manage their cloud infrastructure, develop automation to reduce manual effort, and take ownership of on-call responsibilities.
What we’re looking for
Have 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Automating build pipelines, or SRE roles.
Demonstrate proficiency in Python/GO , Bash, Linux.
Show experience deploying and monitoring large-scale cloud production systems.
Exhibit capability in supporting 24x7 or 12x7 on-call rotations for DevOps or SRE operations.
Demonstrate hands on skills with Kubernetes, AWS, OCI, Git, CICD, Terraform and Grafana.
Possess working knowledge of SQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, and Alertmanager.
