As OpenZeppelin’s Developer Relations, you will be the essential bridge between our development and product teams and the global developer community. Your role is all about empowering developers, nurturing relationships, enabling success, and ensuring that OpenZeppelin remains at the forefront of blockchain innovation and of education excellence. You are a very cross-functional team player collaborating with product, development, and marketing, to achieve your goals. You’ll divide your time between high-impact technical content creation and dynamic in-person activations:

    • Lead developer activations that showcase our technologies and build meaningful connections with the blockchain community.

  • 3+ years of experience working in the blockchain industry, with a solid technical background.
  • A proven track record of producing engaging, high-quality technical content across various channels.

  • Prior experience organizing and executing large-scale developer events, hackathons, or community meetups.
  • Experience hosting or moderating live technical sessions, webinars, or virtual events.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
