The team & role

We're seeking a technical Community Manager to build and nurture the developer community around our open source LTXV model. This role sits at the intersection of technical development, community engagement, and product strategy, requiring someone who can speak the language of developers while fostering meaningful connections within the AI community.

What you will be doing

  • Establish and manage community presence across key platforms including Discord, GitHub, Hugging Face, and Reddit
  • Create and moderate technical discussions around model development, implementations, and fine-tuning
  • Organize and host AMAs (Ask Me Anything) sessions 
  • Build and maintain relationships with key community members and developers
  • Identify and recruit beta testers for new features and implementations
  • Develop and manage a community sponsorship program for outstanding contributors
  • Create documentation and resources to support community development efforts
  • Track and analyze community metrics and engagement
  • Establish best practices for community contribution and collaboration
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align community initiatives with product roadmap

Your skills and experience

  • 2 years of experience in technical community management, preferably in AI/ML space
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and AI model development
  • Hands-on experience with Discord, GitHub, and developer communities
  • Excellent technical communication skills
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining developer relationships
  • Experience with AI image generation models and tools and familiarity with Comfy UI or similar AI interfaces
  • Background in computer science or related technical field - a plus
  • Previous experience in developer advocacy or technical writing - a plus
