The summary above was generated by AI

The world of digital assets is accelerating in speed, magnitude, and complexity, opening the door to new ways for leveraging the blockchain. Fireblocks’ platform and network provide the simplest and most secure way for companies to work with digital assets and it trusted by some of the largest financial institutions, banks, globally-recognized brands, and Web3 companies in the world, including BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, ANZ Bank, Revolut, and thousands more.

About the Team

You'll be one of the founding members of our Developer Relations team, with the opportunity to shape the role and define how we evolve a best in class developer platform. While you'll have significant autonomy to build and experiment, you won't be working in isolation—you'll have strong support from engineering, product, technical writing, and customer-facing teams who are invested in making Fireblocks the best platform for builders.

This is a chance to build something from the ground up: establish world class DevRel practices, set the bar for quality, and create the foundation for how we engage with developers at scale.

Who You Are
  • You're a bridge between developers and product. You've built real integrations, felt the pain points firsthand, and know how to translate developer feedback into actionable improvements for both tooling and product.
  • You're a builder and an advocate. You ship code artifacts and tools, but you also engage with the community and represent developers' needs internally.
  • You measure success through developer outcomes. Faster onboarding, fewer support tickets, higher API adoption—you care about making developers successful and can prove your impact with data.
What You'll Do
  • Act as the product manager for developer-facing code assets. Own the roadmap and prioritization for quickstarts, demos, reference implementations, and developer tooling. Gather requirements from customer feedback, support tickets, and integration patterns, then ship and iterate on solutions that measurably improve developer success.
  • Build production-grade code artifacts. Ship quickstarts, demo applications, and reference implementations that developers can actually use. Maintain them as living examples that evolve with the platform.
  • Develop tooling and automation. Build solutions that eliminate friction—whether that's code generators, better developer workflows, or automation that keeps examples in sync with SDKs.
  • Be the voice of developers internally. Shadow integrations, analyze support tickets, conduct user research, and bring concrete feedback to engineering and product teams. Champion developer needs in roadmap discussions.
  • Instrument and iterate. Track engagement metrics, API adoption patterns, and developer success signals. Use data to continuously improve the developer experience and prove the impact of your work.
What You'll Bring
  • Strong full-stack engineering skills. 5+ years writing production code across modern front-end and back-end stacks. You can build complete applications and understand the full developer journey.
  • Blockchain fundamentals. Working knowledge of wallets, key-management models, smart contracts, and the security considerations unique to digital-asset applications.
  • Developer advocacy experience. You've engaged with technical communities, created educational content, and know how to make complex concepts accessible without dumbing them down.
  • Excellent communication skills. Native-level English with the ability to write clear technical content, present to technical audiences, and translate between developer needs and product requirements.
  • DevOps comfort. Familiar with CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code. You can ship and maintain code artifacts with proper automation.
  • AI-accelerated workflow. Hands-on experience using AI coding tools to boost productivity and automate repetitive tasks.
Nice to Have
  • Experience building developer tools (SDKs, CLIs, or similar)
  • Active presence in Web3 or fintech developer communities
  • Conference speaking or workshop facilitation experience
  • Open-source contributions or maintained projects
