What will I be doing?

We are looking for a mid weight Designer with proven experience in B2B technology/SaaS to help drive the Design function at Kaluza forward.

  • Working closely with the Creative Lead, set the creative direction for the Kaluza brand
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Design and other teams to create high-quality design assets.
  • Assist in the creation of a wide range of visual assets such as presentations, digital ads, infographics, brochures and other brand collaterals. 
  • Supporting  the next stage of the evolution of the Kaluza brand to strengthen our identity and distinctiveness in key markets
  • Act as a custodian of Kaluza’s visual language, ensuring the consistent adoption of brand guidelines and principles across the Kaluza organisation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Set up robust but flexible ways of working to ensure effective delivery of design assets according to fast-changing business needs
  • Create stunning Google Slides templates and presentations to support Kaluza’s global growth

About You

Ideally you’ll have/be:

  • A skilled designer with proven experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and GSuite; motion graphics and video editing a plus.
  • A genuine passion for visual storytelling and design innovation.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and curious, committed to continuous learning and development.
  • Results-driven with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
