As a Design Sales Assistant in our Sutton showroom, you’ll be the driving force behind an unforgettable customer experience-from the moment our customers walk into the showroom. You’ll take time to understand customer needs and guide them through our stunning showroom, demonstrating Magnet’s products and services. 

If you’re customer-focused, happy working within a sales environment and eager to learn, we’ll provide all the training you’ll need to succeed.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating a warm welcome for all customers visiting the showroom

  • Inspiring customers as a result of excellent product knowledge

  • Book and manage customer appointments

  • Support Kitchen Sales Designers through the full customer journey

  • Identify opportunities to contribute to store sales targets
