As a Design Sales Assistant, you’ll help create a warm and welcoming experience from the moment customers walk through the door. You’ll take the time to understand their needs, guide them around our inspiring showroom, and showcase Magnet’s products and services in a helpful and engaging way.

What you’ll be doing

  • Welcome customers warmly and create a positive first impression

  • Demonstrate high standards of administrative support

  • Use strong product knowledge to inspire and guide customers

  • Manage appointments and support Kitchen Sales Designers throughout the customer journey

  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Identify opportunities to contribute to store sales targets

Who we’re looking for

  • Experience working to sales targets or KPIs

  • Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills

  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills

  • Great communication and organisation skills

  • IT literate with good attention to detail

  • Flexibility to work weekends
