We’re looking for a Digital VM Comms & POS Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

In this dynamic and varied role, you’ll support the delivery of international, ad hoc projects across multiple markets. From cultural festivals and wholesale in-store activations to POS for global selling events, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across channels.

You’ll be highly organised and confident managing multiple exciting projects alongside day-to-day BAU activity. This is a broad and collaborative role, working closely with global partners who rely on your expertise and delivery.

We’re looking for someone who: 

  • Has strong experience in VM communications and POS

  • Is skilled in graphic design, with the flexibility to manage both design-led and non-design projects

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities

  • Is proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator

What you’ll do 

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Manage and maintain POS assets for campaign, seasonal, and non-seasonal refreshes using International asset platforms (e.g. StorIQ & MASIE/International Asset Library).

  • Manage creative open files from the UK Creative Studio to support local market adaptations and translations.

  • Provide input and feedback on the development of global Window Sets and Sizes created by the UK Creative Studio, through to final amends and development for International.

  • Build and brief suppliers for bespoke international schemes, maintaining alignment with global brand standards and direction.

  • Artwork POS and window files for bespoke or ad-hoc projects using Adobe Creative Cloud Contribute to the design direction for International Campaigns and input into briefs for region-specific events (Lunar New Year, Ramadan & Diwali).

Who you are 

Your skills and experience will include

  • Proven experience working in VM or POS design
  • Full use of the Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Great communication and influencing skills
  • Key stakeholder management 
  • Confident understanding / articulation of the brand identity
