Job Description

In this role, you will be reporting to the Enterprise Markets (EM) Head of Design and drive design excellence of

  • Adult Feminine care – Kotex, Depend, Plenitud, Poise, Confidence

  • Baby and Child care – Huggies

in the EM markets - ISEA, EMEA and LATAM. You will be responsible for delivering the best executions of multiple brand touch points across design strategy, packaging & product design, product innovation, and ecommerce visual assets.

  • Collaborate with the design leaders to create the design strategy fundamentals and generate design solutions (visions, innovation concepts, and scenarios) independently with your own mastery of design.

  • Demonstrate a superior ability create high-quality, inspirational brand design solutions and to start applying design thinking from ideation through concept development, refinement, and execution.

  • Bring the design strategy to life across assigned projects/initiatives by collaborating with internal stakeholders (design leaders, marketing, product developer, research analysis etc) and external design agencies.

  • Deliver seamless packaging design experience from master design to local adaptation by working closely with artwork mangers. 

  • Participate in research activities and effectively translates customer needs into actionable design requirements and apply those requirements into design solutions.

  • Responsible for driving final design recommendations including decisions and design approval to enable artwork execution / production phases.

•          Bachelor’s degree in graphic designs, packaging design, or related field.

•           Minimum over 5 years of working experience in leading and developing design strategy

•           Extraordinary design taste and expertise with an excellent sense of design trends

•           Strong design portfolio that demonstrates design mastery in graphic design, packaging design, brand design, and show a range of visual assets and layouts in a wide variety of styles.

•           Proven experience in developing a wide range of 360 brand touch points from initial ideation, through concept development, to commercialization (packaging, digital, posm, etc)

•           Effectively communicates (verbally and written) with internal and external business partners

•           Collaborative and works well with others to deliver results

•           Excellent time and project management skills to be able to meet project deadlines.

•           Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite software.

•           Preference for those with experience in AI image generation tools (Adobe Firefly and Midjourney)

•           Proficient communication in English.
