About Elloe
Elloe is the safety badge for GenAI.
We protect AI systems used by hospitals, governments, and banks — and we do it in real time. From hallucination flags to audit overlays, every pixel we show builds trust in systems that were once opaque.
We don’t just make AI compliant. We make it explainable, traceable, and visibly safe. That requires design thinking that’s clear, calm, and precise.
About the Role
This is not just a visual design internship. This is a trust design internship.
You’ll define how Elloe shows up across dashboards, compliance overlays, product demos, pitch decks, and public assets. You’ll help make the invisible visible — and help regulators, clients, and partners see the safety in GenAI.
This is where interface meets infrastructure.
What You’ll Own
1. Product Trust Layers
- Prototype UI/UX for real-time safety overlays and audit trail visualizations
- Refine the way Elloe modules like TruthChecker™ and AutoRAG™ express enforcement status
- Collaborate with product to deliver proof-of-safety visuals that scale across clients
2. Brand Design & Asset Library
- Create reusable templates and modules for investor decks, pilot snapshots, and partner kits
- Build a visual toolkit that supports comms and GTM: graphs, icons, motion snippets, badges
- Align every design asset with Elloe’s tone: calm, forensic, enterprise-grade
3. Narrative Visualization
- Co-create design-forward compliance storylines (e.g. “from hallucination to audit trail”)
- Explore animations or flow-based storytelling to explain Elloe’s infrastructure in 30 seconds or less
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across surfaces: product, pitch, press, and policy
Who You Are
- Student or early-career designer with systems-thinking mindset
- Fluent in Figma, and comfortable with prototyping data or process-heavy UI
- Strong portfolio showing clarity, restraint, and trust-forward design
- Bonus: experience with Webflow, After Effects, or motion libraries
Why This Matters
Compliance isn’t just legal. It’s perceptual.
Elloe’s interfaces must earn trust the moment a user sees them. This role is how we visually define what “provable safety” means in AI.
You’ll leave this role with:
- Portfolio-level contributions to enterprise product and visual brand
- Experience designing trust systems for high-stakes AI deployments
- Influence over how a category-defining company presents itself to the world
Logistics & Application
- Start Date: Rolling
- Duration: 8–12 weeks
- Compensation: Competitive stipend
- Location: Remote-first; timezone overlap flexible
- To Apply: Share a portfolio link and the interface moment you’re most proud of.
