What We Do

Conduct is creating the AI operating system for Enterprise IT. We’re starting where cost and complexity are highest: the ongoing operation, maintenance, and evolution of mission-critical enterprise systems.

Inside the world’s largest organizations, armies of internal analysts and engineers, supported by extensive networks of external consultants, spend their time piecing together how bespoke systems work, firefighting incidents, dissecting business processes, and assembling change requests. For many enterprises, the price of this manual effort runs into the hundreds of millions of dollars every year, simply to keep core systems functioning - constraining innovation at the core of the business itself.

Conduct changes this fundamentally. We're the first system that actually understands enterprise applications bottom-up: from the single code line, to logic, to entire system interdependencies and can reason about them the way the best human experts do, but at machine scale. We're starting with SAP, the backbone of over 90% of global commerce. Customers such as Daimler Truck, Rittal, and Heidelberg Materials already use Conduct to automate system analysis, resolve issues in minutes, cut millions in IT spend, and accelerate ERP transformations by months.

But SAP is only the starting point. We're building toward a future where enterprise systems are self-aware, self-healing, and continuously optimizing across the software stack. We turn Enterprise IT from a bottleneck to a driver of innovation velocity.

We are a high-talent-density team of ~20, founded by former Palantir engineering and product leaders and built around a simple principle: we hire only the most ambitious, driven, and dedicated people who want to build category-defining technology in a culture of intensity, ownership, and pace.

If you want to shape the new era of Enterprise System Intelligence, Conduct is where you can do the most important work of your career.

Role Responsibilities

As one of Conduct’s first Deployment Strategists, you will be on the frontlines of building how we deliver and scale our product. This isn’t a support role: it’s a high-impact, customer-facing, product-shaping position. You will be responsible for driving usage, delivering flawless implementations, and turning pilots into scaled deployments at some of the world’s largest enterprises.

We’re looking for people with a track record of proven impact, the hunger to win, and the ambition to grow every single day. You will:

  • Own adoption: Turn users into engaged, productive, and vocal champions of Conduct. If people aren’t using it daily, something's gone wrong.

  • Run technical implementations: Work with engineers to set up and configure the Conduct platform at customer sites, you get it working no matter what.

  • Drive bottom-up usage: Deliver platform onboardings, trainings, and bootcamps that don’t just tick a box, they make Conduct stick.

  • Expand usage: Hunt for new problems inside accounts, shape them into use cases, and make them real.

  • Speak two languages: Translate between IT and business. You’ll explain ERP to executives and business outcomes to engineers without missing a beat.

  • Shape the product: You are the feedback loop. You see firsthand what users want, and you bring that back to the product team with clarity and conviction.

  • Build the playbook: You are one of the first and the way you operate will define how Conduct scales this function.

When not on the road, you will be in person with the team in our Fitzrovia, London office by default.

Career Levels

If you’re early-career (1+ years of experience):

  • You’re hungry, relentless, and ready to learn at speed.

  • You’ll be hands-on with users and implementations every day.

  • Success means: you become indispensable to pilots, users love you, and you consistently make deployments succeed.

If you’re more experienced (~3+ years of experience or other proven track record):

  • You take command of accounts, lead workshops, and influence senior stakeholders.

  • You handle technical implementations with complete ownership, ensuring deployments scale across departments.

  • Success means: you expand deployments into enterprise-wide adoption and set the standard for how DS operates at Conduct.

When not on the road, you’ll be in the Fitzrovia office with the team every day because this role is about intensity, collaboration, and speed.

Candidate Profile

We only want the exceptional. If you’re looking for a comfortable job, this isn't for you.

You likely have:

  • Curiosity, grit, hunger to win, and ambition to grow every single day.

  • 1+ years of experience in enterprise software, startups, consulting, or systems integration. (~3+ years or equivalent impact if you want a senior seat.)

  • A strong academic or professional track record that proves you’re analytical, sharp, and structured. (No CS degree required, but you need technical intuition and an extreme ambition to learn.)

  • The ability to speak both business and technical languages, equally credible with CIOs and engineers.

  • Outstanding communication, people listen when you speak.

  • A history of delivering proven impact and pushing initiatives forward when others stalled.

  • The drive to operate in chaos and create clarity: Conduct is building 0→1, and you’ll thrive in that.

What “Great” Looks Like
  • Users in your deployments are obsessed with Conduct as adoption is undeniable.

  • Pilots convert into multi-year, scaled contracts because of your work.

  • You find and expand new use cases before the customer even asks.

  • Both IT and business stakeholders trust you because you speak their language and deliver results.

  • Product decisions change because of the insights you bring back.

  • You establish dependable, scalable processes and create faultless playbooks

This Role Isn’t For You If…
  • You want a slow, steady career path. This is a rocket ship.

  • You think “good enough” is acceptable. We want great, always.

  • You prefer manager roles over being in the trenches.

  • You shy away from complexity, IT, or technical products.

  • You need someone else to tell you what to do.

  • You aren’t energized by competing with the best.

Compensation
  • Top-of-market base salary.

  • Significant equity. You’re not just an employee, you’re an owner.

  • Full benefits package appropriate for your location.

  • Full benefits package, including broad health benefits, daily breakfast and dinner at the office, monthly wellness payments
