About you:  

As a Demand Generation Manager in the Access Learning marketing team, you will spearhead key initiatives to drive demand for our digital learning solutions. Collaborating with marketing, GTM teams, propositions, and sales, you'll work closely with the Divisional Marketing Director to ensure the success of our demand generation efforts.

Day-to-day, you will:  

  • Lead multi-channel campaigns to generate leads, acquire customers, and align with global growth strategy.
  • Develop and optimize always-on tactics to maintain a steady flow of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with content teams, media partners, and stakeholders to create, execute, and measure effective demand generation strategies.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and data analysis to track performance, optimize campaigns, and support account-based marketing initiatives.

Your skills and experiences might also include:   

  • Extensive experience in marketing, including strategic planning and execution, with a solid understanding of media content and its role throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and strategies for engaging diverse audiences.
  • Background in edtech or corporate learning sectors within a B2B context, or a willingness to develop expertise in these areas.
