The Demand Marketing Program Manager is responsible for the coordination, execution and measurement of integrated demand generation and customer marketing campaigns for Clarivate IP Solutions. In this position, you will collaborate closely with senior demand marketing managers responsible for their individual portfolio areas, as well as personally lead cross-vertical campaigns and other ad-hoc initiatives. A core responsibility of the role is to help drive consistency, transparency and efficiency across the demand marketing function by maintaining rigorous reporting standards across key performance metrics for the Demand Marketing function.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • 5+ years in demand marketing or related positions
  • Proven track record of developing integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive lead generation and pipeline contribution
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skill set with ability to understand performance results and report effectively to a diverse cohort of stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of technical infrastructure underpinning modern marketing operations e.g. marketing automation tools, CRMs, etc.
  • Analytically focused including proficiency with Excel, and understanding of PowerBI and other reporting tools
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Work closely with Senior Demand Marketing Managers to support the delivery of global demand and customer marketing campaigns within their relevant portfolio areas
  • Lead on the coordination and execution of cross-vertical demand and customer marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Automation, Web and Reporting teams on the collection, curation and communication of relevant performance data for the Demand Marketing team
  • Define and share appropriate standardized operational reports to empower and enable the wider IP marketing team.
  • Grow our marketable database through programming and re-engagement activities that engage new prospects.
  • Leverage data acquired across all levels of the marketing and sales funnel to track performance against KPIs, develop insights, and present results to relevant stakeholder groups

About the Team

This role will report into the Director, Demand Marketing within the IP Segment at Clarivate working as part of a team of 4 Demand and Field Marketers as well as collaborating with the wider marketing teams within the segment.

Hours of Work

Full-time, permanent role based out of the London office on a hybrid basis, 2-3 days per week.
