Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential — and people too. With a culture that’s all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology — and careers — to the next level.

As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will create engagement and drive demand for our large-scale, strategic in-person events across EMEA. You will also manage on-going integrated campaigns that educate enterprise prospects about Snowflake as a platform for data and AI, including product demos, hands-on labs, and more.

You will manage marketing campaigns end to end – from planning to campaign analysis – ensuring alignment with business objectives and contributing to Snowflake’s growth goals. You will excel at working cross-functionally with Field Marketing, Strategic Events, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, and Sales teams, to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented, highly organised marketer, and lends itself to someone who can get things done. This individual will be comfortable using data insights to inform decision making and improve campaign performance.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver demand generation campaigns for strategic events, to drive interest for our highly visible event series across EMEA (including Data For Breakfast and Snowflake World Tour) as well as other relevant events (e.g. Snowflake Summit), engaging with our key personas.

  • Manage always-on virtual event series that demonstrate key Snowflake product features, and drive business growth and pipeline. This plan will take into account different stages of the buyer journey including: awareness, consideration and decision.

  • Campaign Management: Oversee planning, execution and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns. Adapt communication strategies and messaging as needed to resonate with the local audiences.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with many different functions in the marketing team, and clearly communicate priorities. Manage diverse stakeholders and act as a liaison between global and local teams, and translate global requirements for local regions.

  • Reporting and Performance Analysis: Use analytics and marketing technology platforms to track and report on campaign performance, optimize conversion rates, and drive continuous improvement in ROI.

  • Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand generation process including A/B testing to understand messaging performance. Share insights and best practices with the Growth Marketing team.

What you’ll have:

  • 2-3 years of experience executing integrated marketing campaigns, across channels to create a customer-focused experience

  • Written communication skills: ability to craft compelling direct response copy for a variety of formats including emails, landing pages, sales invites, and digital (e.g. ads, organic social), for key personas (e.g. decision makers, practitioners)

  • Webinar experience: Experience in planning, promoting, and executing webinars tailored to enterprise prospects.

  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to learn new technologies, products and systems quickly.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to understand data and story telling.

  • The role requires 3 days a week onsite in our London Offices

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in marketing in a B2B SaaS company

  • Proficiency in the following or similar tools for executing campaigns (Marketo, Salesforce, ON24 and more)

  • Experience executing marketing campaigns for large-scale, highly visible EMEA events

Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
