As our Demand Generation Specialist, you will join our fast-paced Marketing team and take full responsibility for developing the NAVEX brand in France and Southern Europe. You’ll market our software solutions to existing customers and new audiences and enjoy the opportunity to contribute directly to sales pipeline.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive all aspects of Field Marketing in your region, including demand generation, content, PR, digital, events, etc.

  • Partner with the locale Sales team(s) translating business objectives into an efficient and effective integrated marketing plan

  • Act as a strategic partner, collaborating with BDRs, Sales and cross-functional marketing teams to identify gaps and opportunities to build the NAVEX brand in France, driving pipeline and revenue growth

  • Manage the extension of global marketing activities into France

  • Execute a variety of marketing programmes and activities including cross sell/upsell campaigns, acquisition campaigns, and events/webinars

  • Measure marketing impact and evaluate event/campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and improve the overall effectiveness of marketing

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or equivalent

  • 2+ years’ experience coordinating and executing demand generation campaigns or in a similar position developing the French market

  • Fluency in French and English

  • SaaS or enterprise software experience, with a compliance solutions vendor would be a plus

  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed team / matrixed environment with proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive a project or programme to success

  • Knowledge of marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, social platforms such as LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office

  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, an entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to thrive in an environment of change

  • Experience in negotiating with and managing suppliers

  • Ability to travel as needed – up to 25%

  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of decision-making, marketing strategy and project management while leveraging NAVEX’s core values

  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instils trust
