Vimeo’s demand generation team is searching for a talented, passionate, and analytical Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to support and execute impactful multi-channel campaigns in the EMEA region. In this role you will report into the Marketing Director EMEA and work collaboratively with the sales, demand generation, marketing operations, content and localisation teams to ensure alignment, maximize campaign effectiveness and drive growth (i.e. leads, MQLs, pipeline and bookings) for Vimeo Enterprise in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

  • Support and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (webinars, events, content syndication, 3rd party media etc.) with a focus on EMEA
  • Collaborate with digital and localisation teams to launch regional campaign assets that resonate with target audiences
  • Manage campaign timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget

Events support

  • Lead the research and execution of regional events; support in executing trade shows and conferences 
  • Support event logistics, from budgeting and vendor management to post-event analysis and follow-ups

Sales & Marketing Alignment

  • Work closely with EMEA sales teams to ensure marketing campaigns support their goals and provide them with qualified leads, MQLs and pipeline
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials to equip sales teams with relevant resources (i.e. campaign briefings, promotional assets, follow-up sequences, reports)

Performance Analysis & Optimisation

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation; work closely with marketing operations to improve internal processes 
  • Leverage marketing automation and analytics tools (i.e. Tableau, Salesforce) to track key metrics (i.e., lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline influence)

Professional self-growth 

  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in demand generation and field marketing
  • Seek opportunities to improve skills and knowledge through training, conferences, and self-learning

Qualifications

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment. International experience is preferred, knowledge of the German and/or Nordic markets is a strong advantage.

Skills

  • Experienced in executing demand generation campaigns at high pace
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting and analysis
  • Fluency with marketing automation, CRM, Outreach, webinar tools, and analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of lead nurturing, lead scoring, and demand generation principles
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • A passion for video marketing 
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • Ability to communicate in another European language is a strong plus

Bonus points (nice skills to have, but not needed):

  • Experience with video technology is a substantial plus
