Social care is one of the UK's most important sectors, yet much of the technology supporting it hasn't kept pace with what's possible.
At Log my Care, we're changing that.
Our platform helps care providers spend less time on administration and more time delivering exceptional care. But we're building far beyond digital care records. Every day, thousands of care professionals use Log my Care, creating one of the richest datasets in UK social care. We're turning that data into practical intelligence that helps providers spot trends, make better decisions and improve outcomes for the people they support.
Today, more than 2,000 care providers trust Log my Care. We're an NHS Assured Supplier, an award-winning technology company, and a team that's deeply invested in the future of social care. We work alongside providers rather than simply selling software, partnering with the sector to solve real problems and raise the standard of care.
We're at an exciting stage of our journey: with a proven platform, deep industry expertise and a decade of care data behind us, we're building the products that will define the future of social care technology.

This isn't a role where you'll simply execute campaigns from a brief. You'll be trusted to identify opportunities, test new ideas, challenge assumptions and use data to shape our growth strategy.
You'll have clear commercial ownership, with a direct impact on pipeline and revenue. If you enjoy building, experimenting and seeing the results of your work reflected in business growth, you'll thrive here.
ResponsibilitiesOwn inbound demand generation across paid, organic, partnerships, campaigns and website optimisation.
Drive MQLs, SQLs, pipeline and revenue through a multi-channel demand generation strategy.
Own and optimise our paid acquisition channels, including Google Ads and LinkedIn.
Develop and execute our technical SEO and AEO strategy.
Optimise website performance through landing pages, conversion improvements and structured A/B testing.

Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion and feedback loops.
Partner with Brand and Product Marketing to bring campaigns and content to market that generate demand.
You're someone who enjoys combining creativity with analytical thinking. You don't just launch campaigns, you want to understand why they worked, what the data is telling you and how to improve the next iteration.
You'll bring:
5+ years' experience in a B2B SaaS (or similar) demand generation or growth marketing role.
Proven success building and scaling SMB demand generation programmes.
Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, with Meta experience a bonus.
Strong analytical skills, with experience turning data into clear commercial recommendations.

Confidence working across Sales and Marketing to improve pipeline performance.
Experience using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Apollo.
Delivering consistent growth in MQLs, SQLs, pipeline and marketing-sourced revenue.
Continually improving acquisition efficiency across paid and organic channels through lower CPL, stronger conversion rates and better return on investment.
