The Demand Generation Manager plays a pivotal role in translating regional marketing strategy into actionable and successful marketing programs to support overarching business objectives. This role demands a strategic mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with global campaign teams and regional sales to bolster the sales pipeline, elevate brand presence, and engage with our customer base and prospects through effective and locally tailored marketing initiatives. Hybrid opportunity based out of our Stratford, London location.

The key skills and experience we are looking for include:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end execution of field marketing plans aligned with sales objectives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, channel marketing, and sales.

  • Develop and implement targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to engage with key accounts. Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify high-value accounts and create personalized marketing campaigns tailored to their specific needs and pain points. Supervise the creation of customized content, targeted events and personalized outreach efforts. Use data-driven insights to continuously refine ABM tactics, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals and maximizing ROI on marketing activities.

  • Manage regional marketing campaigns, including but not limited to events, webinars, workshops, and local outreach activities. Ensure that these initiatives are timely, within budget, and effectively meet their objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and ensure that field marketing activities support the sales pipeline and revenue goals. Provide the sales team with the necessary tools and materials for effective field marketing.

  • Planning, coordinating, and executing trade shows, conferences, and other field events. This includes managing vendors, logistics, budgets, and on-site operations.

  • Work in cross-functional agile teams with campaign strategists, sales, product marketing, and design teams to align regional activities with global initiatives, campaign strategies, and objectives.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders about campaign progress, results, and requirements.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, focusing on regional or field marketing and strategy.

  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

  • Advanced project management skills, capable of leading multiple marketing programs simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels including email, social media, and online advertising.

  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills for campaign performance evaluation.

  • Creative and innovative mindset for developing unique campaign strategies.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, driving teams towards operational objectives
