Role description:

As Paid Media Manager, you’ll own and scale Fonoa’s global paid acquisition strategy — turning insight and creativity into measurable growth. You’ll lead our paid programs across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and YouTube, driving qualified pipeline and marketing efficiency as we expand globally.

You’ll collaborate across marketing, content, design, web, and RevOps to deliver high-performing, insight-led campaigns that engage enterprise audiences. Using intent data and analytics, you’ll shape smarter targeting, optimise spend, and continuously raise the bar on performance.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who blends analytical thinking with creative instinct — and who’s excited to build the paid media engine behind one of the fastest-growing companies in global tax technology.

What you will do :

Strategy & Execution
  • Lead Fonoa’s global paid media strategy across search and social.

  • Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Manage budgets, performance targets, and channel mix to maximize efficiency and ROI.

  • Partner with our paid media agency to ensure seamless execution and continual improvement.

Optimization & Insights
  • Use 6sense intent data and analytics to refine targeting and audience segmentation.

  • Build clear, actionable dashboards that track performance and business impact.

  • Test, learn, and iterate across creative, messaging, and audience strategies to unlock new growth opportunities.

Collaboration & Enablement
  • Partner with design and content teams to create conversion-optimised ads and landing experiences.

  • Work with RevOps and web teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.

  • Share insights, learnings, and performance trends across the marketing team to foster continuous improvement.

You will be a great fit if:

  • You have proven experience managing paid media in a B2B SaaS or performance-driven environment.

  • You’re fluent in LinkedIn and Google Ads, with experience across multiple regions and audience segments.

  • You’re data-driven, comfortable managing budgets, and confident connecting spend to impact.

  • You’ve used 6sense (or similar intent platforms) to guide audience strategy and optimization.

  • You collaborate well with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • You’re curious, analytical, and proactive — combining creativity with precision in a remote-first environment.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience scaling global or multilingual campaigns.

  • Understanding of B2B attribution and pipeline measurement.

  • Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimisation.

  • Familiarity with privacy-first tracking, conversion APIs, or offline conversions.

Tooling:

We use a modern performance marketing stack, including:

  • Ads: Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube

  • Ops & Attribution: 6sense, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager

  • Collaboration: Figma, Notion, Slack

  • Reporting: Looker Studio (or equivalent)

Experience with similar tools is a plus — what matters most is your ability to use data to drive results and collaborate effectively across teams.

As part of the recruitment process at Fonoa, we process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice for Job Applicants. This notice explains how and why your data is collected and used, and how you can contact us if you have any concerns.
