Role overview

The Demand Generation Manager (B2B) is responsible for planning, executing and optimising digital and integrated marketing campaigns that drive audience awareness, engagement and revenue growth. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies, the role develops compelling go‑to‑market strategies, supports product launches and uses data‑driven insight to improve campaign performance, strengthen brand presence and contribute directly to customer acquisition, retention and growth.


Accountabilities 

• Supports creation of content that positions Arqiva as an authority in the markets it serves
• Implements campaign plans to increase audience awareness and engagement 
• Tracks the effectiveness of marketing activity, adapting campaign plans as required to achieve KPIs and objectives
• Supports marketing activities, projects and tasks as required, including participation in external events where Arqiva has a presence or internal events e.g. to build knowledge stars/colleague  development
• Works with teams across Arqiva to increase the reach of social media activity, evangelising our social media strategy and encouraging and supporting team members to engage with social  media content
• Works closely with Arqiva’s marketing agency as required, including on the development of campaign themes, campaign strategy and marketing assets
• Promotes the role that marketing plays in the acquisition, retention and growth of customers – and therefore its contribution to the growth of Arqiva
• Implements brand strategy, ensuring consistency across marketing channels
• Ensures consistency in brand positioning, messaging and identity guidelines
• Develops marketing plans, working with key stakeholders
• Creates compelling go-to-market strategies, supported by relevant teams including data and analytics 
• Supports product launches and product related promotional activities
 

Skills

• Competency in project management principles and practices to coordinate marketing projects, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and initiatives
• Strong time management and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
• Understanding of the technology sector and Arqiva’s target markets and customer segments
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of measurement of marketing initiatives and ROI
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders


Knowledge & Experience

• Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns targeted at B2B audiences
• Experience working on objective-led digital marketing campaigns
• Extensive knowledge of best practice and trends in social media marketing
• Experience working on content creation would also be useful
• Knowledge of account based marketing principles and campaigns preferred


Please note that the successful candidate will be required to successfully undergo UK Security Clearance and must have been resident within the UK for at least five years.
