As a Demand Generation Manager, you will create engagement and drive growth of our AI and Application-focused audiences. You will own and execute campaigns that include: virtual events, webinars, hands-on labs, paid digital, email and more to deliver tailored marketing messages to AI & Apps personas.

You will own and manage marketing campaigns end to end—from strategy development and campaign execution to performance analysis and optimization—ensuring alignment with business objectives and contributing to Snowflake’s growth goals. You will focus on driving optimisation through frequent and ongoing testing and analysis. You will also excel at working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Partner Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Sales Development, to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented, self-starter. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution and lends itself to someone who can think big but also likes to get into the details with data insights to inform decision making. This individual would support this team's evolution by keeping a close eye on results and guiding what best practice looks like. Ideally, they would already know their way around campaigns, data and the marketing toolkit.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :
  • Build the EMEA AI and Apps Growth Marketing Plan with the goal of increasing awareness of Snowflake as a platform for AI and Apps across EMEA. This plan should take into account different stages of the buyer journey including: awareness, consideration and decision.

  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including webinars and hands-on labs email marketing, content marketing, social media and paid advertising.

  • Reporting and Performance Analysis: Use analytics and marketing technology platforms to track and report on campaign performance, optimize conversion rates, and drive continuous improvement in ROI.

  • Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand generation process including A/B testing to understand messaging performance. Share insights and drive best practices with the Growth Marketing team.

WHAT YOU'LL HAVE:
  • Depending on experience, a minimum 3-5 years developing & executing integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Proficiency in the following or similar martech tools for running and executing campaigns: Marketo, Salesforce, ON24

  • Strong Copywriting Skills: Ability to craft compelling and persuasive copy for a variety of formats including emails, landing pages, ad copy, and thought leadership content.

  • Webinar experience: Experience in planning, promoting, and executing high-impact webinars tailored to enterprise prospects, including collaboration with sales and product teams to ensure relevant content and audience engagement.

  • The ability to learn new technologies, products and systems quickly.

  • Expertise in understanding data, storytelling and executing across channels to create a customer-focused experience.

  • Experience with and understanding of traditional, digital and emerging channels to create demand.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience in marketing in a B2B SaaS company

  • Understanding of the AI and Applications space
