Bring Your Expertise – and Your Passion

WEKA Invites a Channel Maven to Lead Dell Partnerships in EMEA. In an era of rapid technological evolution, WEKA seeks a dynamic and experienced Dell Channel Manager to spearhead our growth in the EMEA region. This pivotal role calls for a strategic thinker, a relationship builder, and a passionate advocate for innovative solutions.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Forge strategic alliances: Cultivate deep partnerships with Dell's sales and technical teams, empowering them with the tools and knowledge to drive customer success.
  • Drive business growth: Develop and execute a channel development plan that aligns with Dell's ambitious growth objectives.
  • Build bridges: Secure executive-level buy-in and foster collaboration across diverse teams to create a compelling joint value proposition.
  • Enable and empower: Organize comprehensive training programs to equip Dell sellers with the skills and insights they need to excel.
  • Nurture relationships: Build trust and rapport with Dell's sales teams, positioning yourself as a go-to resource and advocate.

Desired Qualifications

  • Deep industry expertise: At least 10 years of experience in technology vendor sales, with a proven track record in channel business development. Prior experience in storage or AI is a significant advantage.
  • Dell acumen: A solid understanding of Dell's business and a proven ability to navigate its sales processes and ecosystem.
  • Relationship-building prowess: A knack for forging strong connections and building consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking: A keen eye for identifying opportunities and developing effective plans to capitalize on them.
  • Excellent communication skills: The ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
