As a Delivery Operations Executive (12-month fixed term, full-time, remote), you'll be part of a collaborative team responsible for receiving, processing, and deploying a range of products and solutions for our community pharmacy customers. Fulfilling customer orders quickly, efficiently, and correctly is key to ensuring we deliver the best possible service.
What you'll do:
In this role, you'll process orders received from our internal Sales team accurately and efficiently, create work orders and arrange Engineers and Trainers for customer site delivery, and ensure timely ordering of hardware for upcoming installations. You'll collaborate across the business to meet and exceed customer service SLAs while maintaining clear and regular communication with customers to keep them fully informed throughout the process.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the UK as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end delivery operations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling
  • Support resolution of any delivery issues promptly
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and customer experience

Who You'll Be:
We're looking for someone passionate about delivering excellent customer service, highly organised, and able to work to tight schedules. You'll bring solid communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to take ownership of problems through to resolution.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven solid customer service orientation
  • Demonstrated computer literacy and willingness to learn new IT systems (SAP Business One experience is a plus)
  • Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to quality
