THE POSITION

The Delivery Manager at Zeta is a key role within the Enterprise Operations team, focusing on overseeing and managing all contracted services for clients. This position requires effective coordination between Client Services and technical teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to standards and processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordination of internal teams to deliver technical services support, projects and enhancements including change requests, scoping, resource management, scheduling, and delivery
  • Manage technical retainer hours to ensure we remain within established contractual support hours
  • Collaborate with Customer Success partners to improve margin rates, including contributing to account health plans, technical investigations, and supporting data requests
  • Handle issue resolution, including tracking, triaging, and resolving campaign, platform, and infosec issues. Includes unplanned outages and risk mitigation communications such as coordination and delivery of RCA documents
  • Manage client inquiries, including research, data requests, and technical issues
  • Schedule and present in client status calls, updating on service-based items and project progress
  • Ensure adherence to Zeta standards and procedures, focusing on client experience and operational efficiency

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on data-supported details
  • Flexible and adaptable to change, with a proactive and positive attitude


THE CANDIDATE 

  • 4-7 years of experience in a marketing role with project management and triage experience
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering client-focused solutions
  • Fluent in English, with additional fluency in French or Spanish
  • Experience in process improvement and margin enhancement
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in marketing and operations
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is desirable
  • Technical knowledge in any programming language (HTML, CSS, PHP, JSscript, etc) is a plus.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus


The compensation range for this role is £35,000.00 - £40,000.00 depending on experience.
