The Opportunity
We are seeking a Research Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in analyzing investment opportunities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and enhancing operational efficiencies through CRM system development.
Investment Research & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth research and due diligence on blockchain projects, DeFi protocols, and emerging crypto ecosystems.
- Prepare high-quality investment notes, reports, and presentations to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop valuation frameworks and assess tokenomics, utility, and growth potential of prospective investments.
Coordination with DeFi Trading Teams
- Collaborate with DeFi trading teams to share insights, analysis, and research findings.
- Facilitate the integration of trading and research insights to inform both investment and trading strategies.
- Stay updated on key market metrics, liquidity dynamics, and macroeconomic trends relevant to the crypto ecosystem.
CRM System Development & Stakeholder Mapping
- Spearhead the design and implementation of a comprehensive CRM system to track and manage relationships with counterparties.
- Map out relationships with other venture investors, foundations, and projects within the portfolio.
- Ensure the CRM system supports data integrity, reporting, and actionable insights for the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM system aligns with organizational goals and priorities.
Who you are
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A passion for decentralized finance and a strong understanding of its protocols.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
