Duties/Responsibilities
- Partner with sales, finance, and legal teams to structure and validate deal proposals.
- Monitor deal performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training materials in collaboration with Sales Operations to educate sales teams on deal desk processes and best practices.
- Analyze reports on deal metrics, pipeline trends, and sales performance to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies in all deal-related activities.
- Act as a sales-facing expert on deal structuring, processes, and policies.
- Drive operational consistency by leveraging CPQ and related systems.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives to enhance deal desk operations.
Essential Functions

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a deal desk, sales operations, or financial analysis role.
