We’re looking for a DDaT Team Administrator to join us, someone who thrives on organisation, loves bringing people together, and takes pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise, Data Analytics and AI, you’ll support senior leaders in DDaT and their wider leadership teams to stay organised, connected and focused on what matters most. No two days are the same, but you’ll be:
- Acting as a central point of contact across the DDaT function
- Administering and coordinating critical digital, data and technology governance forums and boards
- Supporting systems and helping information flow across teams
- Managing diaries and coordinating meetings, events and travel
- Supporting both everyday meetings and larger events
- Raising purchase orders and helping manage supplier queries
- Pulling together information from systems to support reporting
- Supporting internal communications through platforms like Viva Engage

- Supporting managers or leadership teams
- Strong diary management experience
- Managing multiple priorities
- Using Microsoft 365 and digital systems confidently
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with care
- Experience in a digital, data or technology environment (advantageous)
- Worked with systems like Workday or SAP (advantageous)
- Experience supporting governance, reporting or communications (advantageous)
